The Mt Gordon Rest area is directly across the road from Big Mango Visitor Information Centre on the Bruce Highway near Bowen in North Queensland.
This is a great place for motorists, caravans and motor-homes with shaded tables, toilet facilities and plenty of space. The circular drive makes it easy to access with the van in tow and allows motorists to conveniently drive back on the main road. No overnight stays allowed but a perfect spot to stop for a break from driving.
