South Mission Beach, as the name suggests, is south of the Mission Beach and a lovely little community with plenty of holiday accommodation - Holiday Apartments, resorts, beach houses and the BIG4 Beachcomber Coconut Holiday Park. There are restaurants and cafes within walking distance of accommodation and boat hire or marine taxi service for visitors wishing to travel to Dunk Island.
This is a lovely quiet section of the beach and a great spot for a relaxing holiday on the coast of Queensland.
