Boyne River Tourist Park - Benaraby

The Boyne River Tourist Park is located on the Bruce Highway about 125 kilometres south of Rockhampton in Queensland (only about 35 kilometres from Gladstone). This is a nice looking park with tropical gardens and a row of palm trees along the perimeter to reduce the impact of the highway.

They operate a pet friendly park on the banks of the Boyne River offering a range of facilities:

• small boat access to the river

Permanent sites are available and you can relax fishing on the banks of the Boyne river. Of course the beautiful Lake Awoonga is only a short drive away and is the perfect place to fish for barramundi. Boyne River Tourist Park is only a short drive to the ocean and therefore the ideal spot for the avid fisher person - lake, river and ocean fishing.
