Hallidays Point is an area along the Black Head Road, from the Lakes Way turn off, to Black Head. It is a very popular holiday destination with beautiful beaches and a large child-friendly caravan park - Happy Hallidays. Hallidays Point also has a number of self-contained units and houses available for holiday rentals and many families return year after year to enjoy this beautiful area of the mid-north coast.
Hallidays Point Shopping Centre has a range of shopping - supermarket, butcher, baker, chemist, Post Office, Coffee Shop, Hairdresser and day spa. Hallidays Point Tavern is on Black Head Road and runs a courtesy bus each evening for locals and visitors - they serve great meals with nightly specials. This is extremely busy during school holidays - recently renovated with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Black Head Bowling Club is another popular meeting place for meals - they also offer a courtesy bus.
Diamond Beach is close by with various accommodation options for holiday makers - from the Ramada Resort, with the well known Three Nippers Restaurant, and Diamond Beach Caravan Park.
Hallidays Point, Black Head and Diamond Beach are all within easy driving distance to Forster, Tuncurry and Taree. Hallidays Point is a lovely, friendly community and well worth a visit.
