Killick Creek is a small waterway on the mid north coast of NSW that runs into the ocean at Crescent Head. Crescent Head is located about 20 kilometres from Kempsey and a very popular surfing/holiday destination.
Killick Creek runs beside the southern section of the Crescent Head Caravan Park and we saw a number of visitors enjoying the water. A relatively new footbridge cross the creek to reach the grassed areas along the foreshore and the short walk to Killock Beach. There were plenty of children enjoying the safe swimming areas within the creek before it flows out to sea.
What a lovely spot.
