Buronga is a small town in NSW just across the Murray River from Mildura. We have visited this area a couple of times and stayed at the Buronga Riverside Caravan Park a friendly Family Parks member.
Buronga is close to several tourist destinations:
This is a lovely little town with great facilities and accommodation along the river. It has a Post Office, supermarket, baker and a number of other retail outlets. Buronga is in the Sunraysia region which is well known for growing grapes, oranges and grain. It is generally thought of as a suburb of Mildura due to its proximity to this large country town in Victoria. I was very careful not to bring any fruit into the area.
