Ampfibian Pty Ltd is an Australian company headquartered in northern NSW. Based on the insight that safety and convenience go hand-in-hand, it designs and manufactures personal power and safety adapters. The company is committed to improving electrical safety for people and businesses.

In 2005 Ampfibian successfully lobbied to change the Australian electrical standard, making it possible to connect 15A devices to 10A outlets under specific circumstances.
It then developed and sold the first legal 15A to 10A adapter (the RV-02) for use with caravans, recreational vehicles (RVs) and motorhomes. The Ampfibian product range has since expanded to include domestic, trade, and industrial adapters.
